When we are consumed with the heaviness of a sorrowing of heart or the pain of a deep physical distress, we usually think to cry out to God in desperation: "O, God! Help me!" But, how good it would be to cry out to God on a more regular basis, so that when the heavy times come, our crying out is so much more of a natural course that we are able to arise much sooner.
